The combination of being an excellent value, robust materials and design as well as great features make this machine a five star product.

The machine itself works well and will definitely have your abs hurting in no time. The counter wire was crushed when it arrived and so it doesn’t work and I don’t care enough to replace it for something I can just count myself, though it would be nice. It’s sturdy and easy to install. The appearance is as shown and and value of money based on the product matches.

Let me start off by saying I HATE working out and exercising. But I am trying to get in better shape/health. This really targets your abs and it’s not strenuous on any other body part (you know, like if you do crunches incorrectly). Like, I don’t feel like I’m going to pull a random muscle if I’m not doing it “right”. But I do feel a burn. A good burn!!!!And the sliding up and down makes it fun. You can adjust the angle to make it harder or easier. It’s really easy to set up and take down. Feels durable. Definitely worth it for the price!!The assembly instructions are basically useless though. They don’t tell you how to put it together at all but you don’t need them anyways. It’s self-explanatory.

Arrived today and was able to set it up woth ease. I tested it out and omg it’s definitely going to be a workout! For me I can feel I use my ab muscles, glutes, lower back and upper arm and forearm strength to get this this bosy moving! Those are all areas I wanted to aim for and in one shot with one machine? Plus folds up for easy storage for small spaces! I would highly recommend this product. Also its not heavy !
