Not Happy –
I needed resistance for TRX training.The bags hold one pound of sand and fit nicely into the vest. Anyone familiar with any kind of plate carrier will find it familiar to get into and out of, and once you get the hang of the straps and how they move, it’s easy to get in and out of.12 pounds, evenly distributed and still able to shift some. Makes for challenging chinups and lunges, as well as a lot of extra pain during TRX.It is restrictive when working with a double-ended punching bag, but not much. Mostly it’s just heavy.Perfect stitching, good materials, solid.I’m 5’7″ and 170 lbs, 38 short jacket, and a medium fits perfectly; could easily fit a much larger girth and chest size. Anyone 5’9″ or taller may need a large if they’re not of a low body fat ratio because the shoulder straps look like they only have a couple inches of expansion in them, and the thing is ergonomically designed to keep the weight distributed over your various muscle groups — so a medium may end up being too short on a taller, larger frame dude.Anyone who can do a full Murph in this thing deserves a pat on the head.Good purchase.

It looks durable, I already knew it didn’t come with the weight but like somebody else already said… they could’ve gave us the option at least. I have no idea when I’m going to the beach to get sand for it, so it’s been sitting on the floor doing nothing for 2 weeks.

There should be a special note on the product page that clearly and visibly states that you have to order the weights separately. Considering that it is an extra $80 I would think that would be obvious. Had to give my husband an incomplete gift because of the oversight

The product is built withstood quality and sturdy. Used it for Murph Challenge and performed great. Straps have easy adjustment and filled it with sand. However, I did replace some of the sad with metal weights.
