   This unit was shipped early, no damage or missing pieces. It has great assembly instructions with each step labeled, very easily assembly. I have been using it now for 3 weeks, everything is working with no problem. I am very pleased with this home gym and for the price it can’t be beat, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small home gym.

   I wasn’t aware that it was 4 boxes and only received 3. As i start putting it together, got half way through and realized that I was missing parts. Checked with UPS, they said they had the box so i threw what I had in the trash and was waiting. Find out UPS never received the last box. At this point, there was no way I could put these part back in a box to ship(over 150lb) so I lost money at the end.

   I’m quite happy with the machine, it works really well. However, I had to go some extra lengths to make it work. Let me tell you the story…My first set of boxes was delivered to me promptly. The packaging is not superb: even though each item is wrapped in the bag, there is nothing in the box preventing them from rubbing and moving inside the box. So expect some scoff marks and chipped off paint.Thankfully I began assembly the same day. About half-way through I ran into the issue – one of the main frame parts was welded backwards. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement set. On the photos you can see this part from both sets side by side – they are supposed to be identical, but one of them has larger holes on the wrong side. With the right part in hands, I proceeded with assembly. I quickly found out there was also a couple of bushings missing, so I took them from the replacement set.After assembly was completed, I returned the bad package back. So overall I was able to assemble one good machine from 2 sets of packages.Once assembled, however, the machine is nice to use. It allows for a large variety of exercises. Great for keeping you in shape. If you decide to buy it, here are a few advices:- Start assembly process immediately, so if something is not right you have a chance to order a replacement before return window closes.- Tighten the cables. There are 2 double pulleys within an adjustable frame – put them as close together as needed, don’t just rely on instruction pictures – they are meant to be adjusted. Unfortunately, this adjustment step is not mentioned in the manual.

   Well built with good assembly instructions. One of the few machines that has both a leg press and preacher curl in a non L shaped design. Had one part that needed replacement and it was shipped quickly so customer service gets an A+ rating also. 1 month in, I am very happy.
