   As a whole, a fine at home workout that you can even travel with. The board is nice and sturdy. All the pieces were accounted for and in good condition. The only critique I have for this is I feel like the roller wheel could do better with shorter handles. I suppose for beginners having the double roller wheel across the entire pilates bar isn’t a bad idea. However for more experienced people that prefer using a single wheel, the long handles make it a bit awkward. Also I feel like the bands are a bit thin and fear they might break after not too many uses. I’ve only had it for a month and so far so good but I can’t say I don’t worry when doing some exercises. Other than that overall a good at home/travel workout set.

   Step up your push ups with the high quality adjustable board. Very sturdy and easy to use guide is color coded. It shows you which group of muscles you are working. Very versatile and folds up to store under the bed or out of the way. Love it!

   We just opened the package, and it seems like it’ll hit a lot of points the exercises that we were looking to introduce into our routines. Takes up basically zero space and gives tons of options for use.The only issue we have is that one of the metal pins/bars that is critical to being able to use the board for any of the attachments. I’m waiting on contact from the seller to see if we can get that one little piece sent to us rather than returning the whole thing.Edit:I’m downgrading this to 3 stars from 4. I’m disappointed that the seller didn’t reach out to me after I left feedback both on the product and on their seller profile regarding the missing pin. I had my dad find a pin in his workshop so this is now usable.I’m also very confused as to why there is no explanation as to each of the colored resistance bands. I have no idea which one is highest or lowest. I looked on all the videos on the listing, all the pictures, the piece of paper that came in the box… nothing. How are you supposed to use the bands without knowing how much resistance they provide?

   This portable gym is incredibly minimalist and ideal for a full body circuit workout. The fitness accessories are perfect for beginners, with resistance bands that add just the right amount of challenge. Each accessory is made of affordable materials and is easily adjustable for all fitness levels and age groups. It’s a fantastic addition to our home without any heavy equipment necessary!

   The first time I used this, I liked it, the second time I used it, it snapped in half, so I wrote a review and literally within hours of posting the review, the seller contacted me and immediately sent a replacement so if you’re on the fence about ordering, if you’re not satisfied the seller seems willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. As far as the item itself, I do like it and it gives you a pretty good home workout
