I got the bike plus and didn’t even want to write a review on it. But I feel after being on this bike for only three days I must admit the experience is grand. The bike plus itself is extremely well built, very heavy, very sturdy. The screen is very responsive and big. The speaker system is fine and loud. I was able to assemble the bike by myself but I would suggest two people due to the weight of the bike. Now the whole point of the bike is the peloton subscription. And yes it’s worth the $45 a month. You get tons of videos with different instructors. They make you feel comfortable and push you gently to reach your goals. What’s also great is that you can turn the screen or cast it to your tv and get off your bike and do other exercises. I don’t like going to the gym. With peloton you’re getting a gym at home and for the price I’ll admit it’s expensive but if you do the math going to spin glasses is more expensive in the long run. I’ll suggest getting the shoes as well, I have them and they do make the experience feel more secure while cycling. I highly suggest getting this bike. It was worth it to me because not only are you getting a very stable bike you’re getting a great motivational experience with the subscription. Peloton is not a commitment, it’s a way of making you a healthier person and you’re the only one that can pursue it.

This bike is such a smooth ride. The set up is pretty simple, and the screens are so intuitive. The quality is there, sturdy and heavy. It’s quiet, and the volum is adjustable. The resistance knobs and adjustment knobs are simple and easy to use. It’s pretty pricy, but really worth it. Cry once, right?

I ordered the bike on Amazon Prime days, it was a very good deal. But Amazon Delivery logistics is awful. Delivery Attempt #1: Showed up on time, had trouble setting the bike up, did not look like they new what they were doing, and couldn’t get the bike to power-up, so I rejected the bike. Delivery Attempt#2 (10 days later): Did not show up. Worked with Amazon Customer Service (who by the way were awesome) who told me “it looks like they refused to deliver it.” It was a Friday Afternoon. Delivery Attempt #3: Arrived in the delivery window, set up seemed smooth, accepted the bike. Rode it two and 1/3 times. On the third ride, the first time getting out of the saddle the left pedal began to make a clunking sound and then began to twist my foot. Stopped the ride and discovered the installers had incorrectly installed the left pedal, cross threading it, and then they tried to force it on (without success) damaging the threads in the left crank arm. When I stood up, because the pedal was not all the way in the crank arm, the pedal axle bent. Upon inspection saw that the threads on the inside of the crank arm were mangled. Called Peloton Customer support, and they were great. Unfortunately the only service Appointment is two weeks away.Customer service from both Amazon and Peloton were great. Amazon Logistics was a 0.

Pros:- Quality product- Peloton fixed an issue with the bike, after some hiccups (see cons)- Great selection of classes that work with bikeApp has a wealth of features covering weight training, meditation, yoga that can be accessed from your app and TVCons- Bike is pretty much useless without the very expensive monthly subscription- Buying from Amazon made it harder to get support from Peloton, I kept having to prove I bought it within the the warranty period and still got an email saying you are out of warranty. Eventually resolved, but took multiple hours- Installers did a crap job and blamed my floors for their shoddy work. The TV screen was also tilted

The Peloton bike is an excellent product that offers a high-quality workout experience. The build quality is impressive, and the bike feels sturdy and durable, making it a great investment for long-term use. The large screen is a standout feature, as it really enhances the workout experience and motivates me to stick to my daily exercise routine. One downside is that a subscription is required to access the classes, and there isn’t a free membership included. However, overall, it’s a fantastic product that helps me stay consistent with my fitness goals.

Great way to stay in shape if you have no gym membership
I had been on another platform for a few years during COVID. Finally my old bike gave out. Bought this Peloton bike on Amazon during Prime days at a great price. Set up was easy as YouTube has all the instructions but the touchscreen didn’t work. So called Peloton’s Customer Service (CS) who were very helpful. Once we troubleshot everything they ordered a new screen. It arrived in about a week. Bike works great now. Everything I expected from Peloton.

Remote area
I live in a remote area and Peleton is not able to deliver in our area. This year amazon started to deliver Peleton bikes in our area! Which is amazing (it is a 6 hour drive to get to a city where they sell them).Finally I pulled the trigger, and I am so happy I did! Delivery, but Amazon gave me a 175 dollar refund! Which was great.The box is very heavy had to take it apart in the kitchen to be able to carry it upstairs. Assembling the bike was easy and quick! Bike is sturdy on high carpet, and the screen is wonderful! I thought about buying a knock off version, but so happy I didn’t! The classes are fun and the bike is silent and easy to set to your preference!Happy with my purchase and will continue to ride, maybe one day I will buy a Peleton +

Grewat bike with some issues
A very sturdy, well- engineered exercise bike. The magnetic resistance beats anything else I’ve tried; smooth even at high resistance, and the closest to in feeling to riding an actual bike. The bike is extremely heavy, so make sure you have at least two strong people to get it to where you need it once delivered- especially if there are stairs involved. Two problems thus far: the user interface on both the touch screen and their website could use some work- they are sometimes irritating to navigate. The biggest issue I have is that the bike pedals require special cycling shoes with cleats, and the bike is unusable if you do not buy them separately. On top of the already expensive purchase of the bike, the shoes cost me $209 after taxes ($185 before taxes), and I have to wait at least 3 weeks for them to arrive. I purchased a subscription to use their workouts, which costs $55/month, and I will not be able to use the bike for most of the first month as I am waiting on the shoes. If amazon has the shoes in your size, you may be able to get them sooner, but I had to purchase mine directly from Peloton. If you order the bike, get the shoes right away, and wait until they arrive to register for the subscription.Lastly, just after purchasing my Peloton bike, I recently discovered allegations that Peloton attempted to coerce podcaster Theo Von into not having a guest on his show by threatening to withdraw their sponsorship. This is a practice I am deeply opposed to, and if it turns out to be true, i may cancel my subscription and sell the bike (a return of something this heavy would be impossible). If this is something you care about, consider this before making your purchase.
