I recently lost a bunch of weight and my health coach recommended I get some strength training in addition to the cardio I normally get. She recommended this. I don’t know what separates this from the set that’s like $50 more expensive, but I was shocked how sore this made my arm muscles from my first workout (in a good way). I was skeptical that using a fraction of my body weight would be enough of a workout, but was pleasantly surprised when I worked up a sweat and my muscles ached for a few days afterward. It takes a bit of faith that you will not fall on your back or face when you do the severe leans, but using the door mount method hasn’t let me down yet.Like the promotional materials say, it is super portable (I am even considering taking it to work to get a workout on my lunch) and pretty easy to use. You can download an app and get a free trial to test their guided workouts, but I’ve held off on that so far while I get used to it. I’ll likely do the trial at some point when I can take better advantage of the short time period it’s free.Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

Sure seems like a lot of money for some nylon webbing and hardware, but it’s well-made and works well. Added this to our home gym and spouse loves it. Happy wife, happy life. Money well-spent.

Jesus, I forgot about this bought it like a year ago, they stay and the patio, sun, rain doesn’t matter they stay there in the bar. I use them at least twice a week and they are still holding strong.

I went through a lot of different suspension training sets in research, comparing and gathering info. I ended up buying this TRX set for 3 reasons: 1. Name brand, with good reviews 2. The other non-name brands that were well-reviewed were sold out 3. This was the cheaper of TRX sets.This set looks sturdy and reviews were mostly very positive, and it’s one that I can also take on the road if needed, so I went this direction. I was looking at a couple other sets from other brands, but the ones that I researched and found to be well made were all sold out or on backorder for a long while (thanks COVID!). This is a much more expensive set than those others, but also is the least expensive of the TRX bunch. I don’t need the super duper heavy duty sets, because I’m not going to be using suspension training as my main source of working out, so I figured it’s the best way to go. I purchased this mainly for stretching purposes, as I need some better ways of stretching for my back issues. Anyway, I’ve had it for a couple months and it is performing well and is handling everything I need it to. I’m doing my work right now with the door attachment, but eventually I’ll figure out where I want to install the brackets so I can do it from better support than the door. The door attachment is holding up well so far, no signs of it breaking down, so I’m pleased with that. But long term it will be beneficial to stud mount it. Since I don’t have the garage space to do it, finding a place in the house that isn’t an eyesore is the name of the game.Anyway, all that to say is that it’s been a piece of gear, super comfortable grips, and straps have proven sturdy and reliable. If you can afford the price tag, it’s a great set!

Pretty good overall
I got the lightweight TRX GO. Kinda wish I’d bought the next level up given the straps are quite thin, but I wanted the lightest option to travel with and have used it a few times now and feels secure. Love TRX generally as a piece of equipment. Re: the key to free card, I contacted the vendor and apparently they are no longer doing that. Now it’s just the standard free trial period on the app. Quick response back from the vendor, which was appreciated. Honestly, if they just update the Amazon page so no one expects the card, I wouldn’t have even noticed anything was ‘missing’. Overall, love having my very own TRX.

No suelo hacer muchas reseñas de lo que compro, pero algo que llamó mucho mi atención es que los usuarios se quejaban de que no traía la key card para acceder al programa de TRX, cuando al menos en mi caso si me tocó, y deben prestar mucha atención, porque así como en las fotos donde se ve despegado algo, eso me pasó, pero la card estaba en la caja y sin ningún problema pude acceder.Ahora bien, con la key card, debo decir que no he logrado canjear el token, porque la plataforma de trx se actualizó, pero sólo te dan un mes de acceso a todas las rutinas, que claro con eso te basta. También tengo decir que tanto en youtube, y hasta TikTok hay una infinidad de vídeos donde puedes encontrar rutinas para principiantes, intermedios y avanzados.El equipo viene en perfectas condiciones, el poster viene en inglés, bueno en realidad todo viene en inglés. Me parece que ha sido de las mejores compras que hice y en mi caso aproveché el blackfriday, lo he estado usando ya por varios días, mandé a adaptar una agarradera para el trx y estoy sumamente satisfecho.De hecho ahorita estoy escribiendo la reseña con un dolor en los brazos, de que use el trx y pues como dije en el título, desde la primer rutina sientes el trabajo. Además, no voy a hablar mal de otras marcas, pero yo tengo entendido que si quieres seguridad, mejor opta por TRX, cargamos mucho sobre este producto y lo mejor es elegir algo de calidad.
